Crickes Terms and Conditions

01 Introduction

Welcome to Crickes. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Crickes platform, including all games, betting markets, payment services, and promotional offers available through Crickes. Crickes is an online betting and gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh.

By creating an account on Crickes, depositing funds, or placing a bet, you enter into a binding agreement with Crickes under these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the Crickes platform regardless of how they access it — whether through the website, the Crickes mobile app, or any other interface provided by Crickes.

02 Eligibility

To register and use Crickes, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Crickes employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from Crickes for any reason.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on Crickes. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering on Crickes, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid mobile number, and a date of birth that accurately reflects your age. Crickes relies on the information you provide to process payments and verify your identity. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Crickes login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Crickes will never ask for your password through live chat, email, or any other channel. 04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Crickes are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Crickes supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only accepted payment methods on the platform. Crickes does not accept bank transfers, credit cards, or cryptocurrency.

Deposits are credited to your Crickes wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though Crickes reserves the right to apply limits to specific accounts at its discretion.

Withdrawal requests are processed within one hour under normal operating conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Funds are sent directly to the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket number registered to your Crickes account. Crickes does not charge fees on standard withdrawal transactions.

• Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment account registered in your own name.
• Crickes may request identity verification before processing large withdrawals.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Crickes reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending fraud or security checks.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your Crickes wallet.

05 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Crickes are final once confirmed by the system. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted. The minimum bet on Crickes is ৳10. There is no fixed maximum bet, though Crickes may apply per-event or per-market limits at its discretion.

Crickes uses a certified random number generator (RNG) for all virtual sports, fishing games, and other game outcomes. The RNG is independently audited to ensure that results are genuinely random and not influenced by the platform or any external party. Crickes does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances.

In the event of a technical error, system failure, or data feed interruption that affects the outcome of a bet, Crickes reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players' wallets. Crickes's decision on voided bets is final.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Crickes offers deposit bonuses, cashback promotions, and other special offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, and expiry dates. These specific terms are displayed on the relevant promotion page and take precedence over these general Terms where they conflict.

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before it converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a ৳500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires ৳5,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.

• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
• Crickes reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through multiple accounts or coordinated betting — will have their bonuses voided and accounts suspended.
• Bonus expiry dates are strictly enforced. Unused bonus funds expire automatically.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Crickes. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:

• Creating more than one account on Crickes, whether under your own name or a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the Crickes platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Crickes platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Using Crickes for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Accessing Crickes from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Crickes platform.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Crickes reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Reasons for account action include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or activity that Crickes considers harmful to the integrity of the platform.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or place bets until the investigation is resolved. Crickes will aim to complete investigations within 14 days. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released.

You may close your Crickes account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment account within 5 business days, provided there are no outstanding investigations or wagering requirements attached to the balance.

09 Responsible Gaming

Crickes is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that betting should be a form of entertainment, not a way to generate income or escape financial difficulty. Crickes provides a range of tools to help players manage their activity on the platform.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your Crickes wallet.
• Cooling-Off Breaks: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from Crickes. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.
• Reality Checks: Set reminders that notify you of how long you have been playing in a single session.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Crickes platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape, mirror, or commercially exploit any part of the Crickes platform.

12 Limitation of Liability

Crickes provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Crickes is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party payment provider failures.

Crickes is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of betting on the platform. Gambling involves risk, and you accept that risk when you place a bet on Crickes. Crickes's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount of your deposit in the relevant transaction.
